We made Phily just fine

Let the adventure begin…

we’ve already had our first close call but all’s well that ends well! As we were pulling out of Campion parking lot this morning @ 6:26 a.m. (feeling that we had left a little later than was comfortable) I got a frantic phone call from Kathrin. She was wondering where we were and I’m thinking “Oh, no, we’re not that slow are we?” She was wondering if we could go to the girl’s dorm to get her passport and money as she had taken off without it! That was a bit close for comfort. To those who have never traveled with teenagers - you are missing a great experience. Our group is diverse in personality, life experience and expectations of this trip. We have the worriers, the carefree and the ‘just tell me where I need to be next’. Our ages range from 15 to 64, some have never been out of the United States, others have traveled the world extensively. All the students are involved in music from piano, band, choir or orchestra. So, now that we have passed through security and are waiting at gate B46 for our flight to Philadelphia, we are relaxing and beginning our spring break. More later!
